Google Sign-In

Certain features of IPOBit, such as comments and polls, require you to sign in using your Google account.

We use this information to create and manage your IPOBit account and enable account-related features such as comments and polls.

Your Google password is never received or stored by IPOBit.

PAN Information

IPOBit allows you to enter and save a PAN holder name and PAN number for conveniently checking IPO allotment status.

Your saved PAN information is stored locally on your device using application storage and is not stored as part of your IPOBit account on our servers.

When you request an IPO allotment-status check, the required PAN information may be sent to the applicable IPO registrar, API, or third-party service to retrieve the allotment result.

PAN information is used only for providing the allotment-status functionality.

You can remove locally stored PAN information by clearing it from the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the application.

Log and Usage Data

When you use IPOBit, third-party services used by the app may automatically collect certain technical and usage information.

This may include:

• IP address
• Device information
• Operating system version
• App version and configuration
• Date and time of use
• Crash information
• App usage and performance information

This information may be used to maintain, analyze, improve, and troubleshoot the Service.

We may receive limited information related to your purchase, such as subscription status, product or plan identifier, purchase status, transaction identifier, and subscription expiry or renewal information. This information is used to provide and manage premium features and verify subscription access.

Payment information processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store is subject to their respective privacy policies.

IPOBit uses third-party services that may collect information according to their respective privacy policies.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your IPOBit account using the Delete Account option provided in the app or through the account deletion option available on our website.

When your account is deleted, personal information associated with your IPOBit account will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting your IPOBit account does not delete your Google account.

PAN information saved locally on your device is separate from your online IPOBit account. You may remove locally stored information through the app, by clearing the application's data, or by uninstalling the app.

Deleting your IPOBit account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. You may need to cancel your subscription separately through the applicable app store.

Data Retention

We retain account and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service or fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or other lawful purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
