1. About IPOBit

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for activities performed through their account.

Users may delete their IPOBit account using the account deletion option provided in the app or through the available account deletion option on our website.

Use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

IPOBit may offer paid subscription plans, including a yearly subscription, that provide access to premium features or content.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Subscription fees, billing periods, and available benefits will be shown before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated by the applicable app store, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.

Deleting your IPOBit account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the applicable app store.

IPOBit may change subscription pricing or benefits from time to time, subject to applicable app-store rules and applicable law.

7. Comments and User Content

Users may be allowed to post comments or other content within IPOBit.

Users are responsible for the content they post.

Users must not post content that is:

• Abusive, defamatory, threatening, or offensive;
• Misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful;
• Spam or unauthorized promotional content;
• Harmful to other users;
• Infringing on the rights of another person; or
• Intended to manipulate users, polls, or market sentiment.

Comments posted by users represent their own opinions and do not represent the views or recommendations of IPOBit.

IPOBit reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend or restrict users who misuse the platform, subject to applicable law.

8. Polls

Polls available in IPOBit are intended only to show user opinions or sentiment.

Poll results do not represent investment advice, financial recommendations, or guaranteed market outcomes.

Users should not make investment decisions solely based on poll results.

9. Allotment Status

IPOBit may provide features that help users check IPO allotment status.

Allotment information is obtained from or depends on IPO registrars or other third-party services.

IPOBit does not control the allotment process and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of allotment results.

Users should verify allotment information through the relevant official registrar or other authorized source.

IPOBit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or practices of third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or availability of any particular feature.
